| Situated in the West
Sussex downland village of Storrington, The Old
Forge Restaurant is a combination of several cottages and a lead forge
dating back to the late 16th century.
Our à
la carte menu changes approximately every six weeks to take advantage
of the best quality fish and meats that are seasonally available. Don't forget to look at our food & wine evenings menus. We combine wines and food from a particular region to make interesting entertaining menus - it's just like a private dinner party with a wine expert host at each table. al
á carte menu Sunday
lunches have become a tradition at the Old Forge. Our seasonal
lunches were inspired by customer comments who
found that a full the course luncheon was just to
much. Apparently they were failing to concentrate
in the afternoons. Knowing that they could not all
move to France or Spain where long siestas are the
norm we devised some light lunches of just one course
- but don't be concerned; a starter or dessert from
the main menu can be added at moderate additional
cost. News about the Old
